The Piha Tennis Club is required to keep an up-to-date register of members. Every current Member shall promptly advise the Club of any change of the Member's contact details.

I / we consent to becoming a member or members of the Piha Tennis Club. Junior and intermediate members (<18 years of age) are deemed to have consented to membership by being included in the membership application of a parent or guardian or by inclusion in a family membership application. *

I / we acknowledge that membership of the Piha Tennis Club is conditional on acceptance of membership by the Committee and timely payment of applicable subscriptions, levies or other amounts due to the Club each year. *
